Every unit tested. Every lot photographed.
The rules we work to before a carton is sealed — grading, function tests, packing and the paperwork that travels with the container.
Three grades, agreed in writing.
Grade is fixed before packing and shown on the commercial invoice, so there is no argument at destination.
Grade A
Clean housing, no visible scuffs, retail-ready presentation.
- Body and antennas free of marks
- Original or matched power adapter
- Factory reset, default SSID
Grade B
Light cosmetic marks, fully functional — the volume grade for most markets.
- Hairline scratches on housing
- All ports and radios verified
- Photos supplied per lot
Grade C
Visible marks, fully functional, priced for price-sensitive markets.
- Scuffs or discolouration accepted
- Function test still mandatory
- Best value per container
